Pleurobranchus membranaceus (Montagu, 1815)

South Gortein, Loch Fyne on the west coast.
One of several agregations of animals found at 20 m on the reef in 12 ° C water. Other bigger agregations were found in 8 m. Animals ranged in size from 28 - 50 mm and many were found to be feeding on tunicates.
