Tritonia hombergii Cuvier, 1803

9 April, 2006.
Sgeirean Mora, Island of Rhum on the west coast.
This is one of two animals found on the face of the reef wall at 12 metres in 7°C water. It was approx 120 mm long and is probably a mature animal from the previous season. The other specimen was 20 mm larger and there was 2 spirals of spawn nearby on the vertical wall.
Olympus 5050 in PT-015 housing and Inon D-2000 flashes.
