Tritonia hombergii Cuvier, 1803

April, 2001.
At Rubh An Dunain on the west coast of the island of Skye near Soay island.
Along the edge of the undercut on the reef at 22 metres were a number of Tritonia egg masses with the trailing ends hanging down into the slight current.
The slide was taken on Fuji Provia with a Nikon N90SX with 105 mm micro in a Subal housing, lit with a Nikon SB26 flsash in a Seacam housing.
